Site Director
The Site
Director is responsible for coordinating and supervising client services
provided at a program site serving homeless women and children. Oversees the work of case managers, providing
consultations as needed, trains and supervises staff and volunteers in service
provision, carries an appropriate number of short-term cases. Supervises, assigns, plans, and evaluates
work of professional and support staff. Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, Proficiency
in Microsoft Office programs, with emphasis on Excel and Word, Excellent
organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects, Demonstrate tact
and commitment to customer service, and Commitment to mission of

and Children
Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Social Work with
current license in the state of California OR MFT with current license in the
state of California OR Doctoral degree in Psychology with current license in
the state of California AND 3 to 5 years post license experience. Supervisory experience preferred.

Development Administrator
The Development Administrator, working within the structure created by Catholic Charities of Los Angeles, is responsible for fundraising for Good Shepherd Center, including the annual and capital campaigns. The Development Administrator plans, develops, and administers associated activities and multiple fundraising events for Good Shepherd Center. Develops and administers annual giving, capital campaigns, planned giving, and endowment programs. Conducts research. Supervises staff. Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills. skills. Qualifications
include a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5 to 7 years
of related work experience.
Base Salary: $53,375 to $65,000 DOE.

Kitchen Manager
Casual Dining, take out/casual dining, start-up
Responsibilities include providing kitchen supervision for the training and development of all
management and hourly team members who are or have been homeless. Must consistently meet or exceed the standard of food safety and quality. Assist in hiring, training, retaining and developing people who are ready for
employment in the industry at a living wage. Optimize financial results by controlling costs (i.e. food waste, food
production). Execute opening, pre-closing, and closing procedures. Maintain a safe (physical plant and food hygiene) and secure environment for
all staff
Insure the freshness of all food product through proper purchasing,
product rotation and inventories.
Qualifications include 3+ years of full service kitchen management.
ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification.
Excellent management, communication and problem solving skills. Ability to plan; ability to make sound decisions.
Customer service oriented.
Formal
culinary training preferred
Base Salary: $35,000 to $50,000 DOE.
