In 2004, after building 10,000 residential units across Southern California, Meta Housing announced the ambitious, mixed income complex on Second Street near Beverly Boulevard. According to Meta Housing, rents for one-bedroom units in Emerals Terrace run from $348-$650; two-bedroom apartments are $499-$832; and three-bedroom residences rent from $576-$961.
