Good Shepherd Center gladly accepts a variety of items on behalf of our residents. In-kind donations greatly help us to better serve our women and children and reduce our operating costs.
Donations may be made Monday – Friday from 10am – 3pm. To schedule a donation delivery, please contact Annemarie Howse at (213) 482-1834 ext. 117
On Valentine's Day we give each of our residents a small gift such as a fragrant lotion from Bath & Body Works or a box of chocolates. Donations such as this is greatly appreciated. We can also use gift bags and tissue paper to make the gift more presentable.

- If used, must be freshly laundered and sorted according to size
- We especially need plus sizes
Food
We do our best to provide supplemental food to those living in our transitional and semi-permanent housing, but with the growing numbers of persons living on the streets this has become an ever increasing challenge. Our moms frequently run out of food for their families—especially those with teenagers. If you have a fruit bearing tree, a garden, or find a great deal at the grocery store, please consider a donation to GSC. Our emergency shelter has a food pantry available to residents of GSC and those registered for drop-in services. Food may be dropped off directly at 267 Belmont Ave. They provide three meals and three snacks a day to the 30 women living there, drop-ins, outreach & GSC residents in need. Please call ahead to let them know you are coming (213) 250-5421. Food items most needed are:
