We are thrilled to announce that in August 2011 we began accepting mothers and children to live in Farley House. Since it’s opening in 2008, Farley House has served as a transitional residence for single women, but due to the great demand for housing for mothers with children, we have opened Farley’s doors to this unique population of homeless.
Farley House, located in our Women’s Village, consists of 21 one-bedroom furnished apartments, where residents may stay for up to two years. Farley will now accommodate both single women as well as women with children. With the addition of children to this residence, we will be establishing new programs to tend to the unique needs of children and ensure they have the support they need to move forward in their lives successfully.
